Communal facilities

The sports courts belong to the community, are legalised and insured, and their use is exclusive to owners: access is by key, provided to those who are up to date with their dues.

The social club is temporarily closed; its future (along with the rest of the building) will be decided by the board (junta), and it is one of the items on the agenda of the ordinary meeting of 2 August 2026 — the full agenda is in the Documents section of the owners' area, together with the budget for the ramp handrail.

The chapel: the Vilamarxant parish, which provided the religious service in the summers, is asking residents whether they want to revive it. Anyone interested in taking responsibility for the chapel and its services can let the community president know before the meeting on 2 August.

The children's playground in the square: the Town Council has confirmed that it will remove the worn zip line (no longer with spare parts) and replace it with another piece of equipment. The old mini-market is municipal and the Town Council is studying its new use.
